Position will be available in the following occupation:

Student Trainee (Office Automation), GS-0399-4/5, GS-4 Starting Salary: $30,969*, GS-5 Starting Salary:
$34,659* (*Full Time, part time positions will also be offered.)

Duties & Responsibilities: Utilize the features and capabilities of Microsoft Word to type drafts/finals versions
of regular and complex correspondence, memoranda, reports, forms, questionnaires, charts and records
pertaining to the Office. Receive telephone calls and visitors for the Office. Route incoming mail and visitors to
the appropriate staff. Provide answers to routine, non-technical requests. Prepare outgoing correspondence and
material. Review correspondence for format, clarity, accuracy, conformance with procedural instructions,
appropriate signatures and attachments are prepared and included. Prepare biweekly time and attendance reports,
travel authorizations and vouchers. Arrange travel for office staff. Procure supplies, equipment, printing and
maintenance services for the Office.
