Duties & Responsibilities: Utilize the features and capabilities of Microsoft Word to type drafts\/finals versions
\nof regular and complex correspondence, memoranda, reports, forms, questionnaires, charts and records
\npertaining to the Office. Receive telephone calls and visitors for the Office. Route incoming mail and visitors to
\nthe appropriate staff. Provide answers to routine, non-technical requests. Prepare outgoing correspondence and
\nmaterial. Review correspondence for format, clarity, accuracy, conformance with procedural instructions,
\nappropriate signatures and attachments are prepared and included. Prepare biweekly time and attendance reports,
\ntravel authorizations and vouchers. Arrange travel for office staff. Procure supplies, equipment, printing and
\nmaintenance services for the Office.
